I am Liesl Muller-Johnson, a cabaret singer who has performed in many countries and who especially enjoys performing in Southern England and in my home town of Vienna.

I come from a theatrical family; my Mother was Rosl Berndt, who was a famous cabarettiste for whom much music was written by great composers such as Ralf Benatzki and Herman Leopoldi; my Father owned the Cabaret Simpl, which is still playing to full houses today.

I would like to share with you the music of my Mother’s golden era of the ‘20s and ‘30s, together with my own repertoire of the ‘40s, ‘50s & 60s including many songs by Kurt Weil, Steven Sondheim and the like.
